Accessibility

Languages: At the NYC screening, both Korean and English subtitles will be provided for all PINKS documentaries. We deeply apologize that Closed Captions and Audio Descriptions are not available at the event. We will provide real-time transcribing for the talks after screenings upon request. If you or someone you know need American Sign Language interpreter, let us know as soon as possible so that we could find a fabulous person for the job. (We are currently in the process of booking an ASL interpreter for the screenings on Sunday, April 2.)

Venues: All three venues of our event, SVA SocDoc Screening Room, AAWW communal room, and NYU Silver Center Room 207, are located in the wheelchair accessible buildings.

Restrooms: We will make restrooms gender neutral for the event at SVA. Those are wheelchair accessible. There are two separate single occupancy restrooms at AAWW. Those are too small for a wheelchair to enter. (Our staff members will do our best to help you use the restrooms.) NYU Silver Center has gender neutral and wheelchair accessible restrooms in the building.

Food: We will have vegan and gluten free menus prepared for our party on Saturday, April 1.
